Ruby Jones is a highly passionate, and professional individual with the proven ability to engage and provide opportunities for individuals and small businesses to be successful on construction projects.

In her recent promotion to Community & Citizenship Compliance Director for Turner Construction Company, she works in coordination with Turner’s headquarters Human Resources and Operations groups,  to help ensure Turner’s compliance nationally with the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance  Program (OFCCP) federal laws and regulations through training input and delivery.  She also serves as a member of Turner’s Community & Citizenship steering committee with responsibility for driving small business utilization and excellence in Turner’s national  Turner School of Construction Management training program.  Ruby joined Turner’s Seattle office in 1998 as the diversity program manager for the Centurylink Stadium project.
